15-16 February 2016 - Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in collaboration with Indonesia Financial Services Authority (FSA) or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), had conducted a program entitled “The Dissemination of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard to Top 50 and Bottom 50 PLCs on 15 & 16 February 2016, which was delivered by Prof. Dr Sidharta Utama and Dr James Simanjuntak as CG Experts of IICD.
The opening remarks was presented by Chairman of OJK Board of Commissioners, Mr. Muliaman D. Hadad, PhD; Chief Executive functioning as Capital Market Supervisor and Member of Board Commisioners, Mrs. Nurhaida; Deputy Commisioner of Capital Market Supervision, Mr. Sardjito; and Chief Executive functioning as Banking Supervisor and Member of Board of Commissioners, Mr. Nelson Tampubolon. The event was conducted to encourage the Top 100 PLCs to implement best practices of good corporate governance (GCG) based on ASEAN standards. (Documentations attached)
