7, 8 & 10 March 2016 - Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in collaboration with Indonesia Financial Services Authority (FSA) or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) had conducted an event entitled “Coaching of ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard for Top 15 PLCs” which was facilitated by CG Experts of IICD, Prof Sidharta Utama and Dr. James Simanjuntak. The opening remarks was presented by Deputy Commisioner of Capital Market Supervision of OJK, Mr. Sardjito, where in his speech he looked forward that through this coaching, there will be more PLCs in Indonesia which are incorporated into Top 50 PLCs in South East Asia Region (ASEAN) (Documentations attached).
